(PROFESSOR) UMBRIDGE (RIBBIT) aka DOLORES JANE UMBRIDGE - WITH MORE TITLES THAN I HAVE ROOM FOR HERE Evil, foul woman!! Like Harry, I'm having a hard time deciding whom to hate more -- Umbridge or Snape. Well since the High Inquisitor is out of a job (temporarily?) as of OotP, I think Snape still has my vote. But wait, there's more... At the end of OotP, Dolores tries to sneak out of Hogwarts unnoticed but Peeves disrupts her silent escape rather brilliantly. Go Peeves!! But where has the toad gone? Did she go running back to Cornelius Fudge, if indeed he hasn't gone packing himself. Or could she have hippity-hopped right over to Lucius Malfoy's dark corner. I wish I could tell you I think we've see the last of Ms. Froggy but a fly on the wall makes me think otherwise. She does make an appearance near the end of HBP, much to Harry’s angst. I hate to say, it but I believe that we haven’t seen the last of the wart queen. She will undoubtedly be back, her pink cardigan, hair bow, and toady expression in full view, in the last (sob) HP book. And here’s a really scary thought… the board of governors must approve the new Headmaster or Headmistress for Hogwarts… and while we are all expecting it to be McGonagall, what if they don’t pick her…? *** Watch out! Here she comes!!
